Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 342 East 11th Street, Borough of Manhattan (20125046 TCM; L.U. No. 508).
 
 
By Council Members Comrie and Weprin
 
WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on October 20, 2011 its approval dated October 20, 2011 of the petition of A. Veniero, Inc., d/b/a Veniero's Pasticceria & Cafe, for a revocable consent to continue to maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 342 East 11th Street, Community District 3, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
 
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
 
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on November 16, 2011; and
 
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
 
RESOLVED:
 
      Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
