RESOLUTION NO. 1109
Resolution approving the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 237 Columbus Avenue, Manhattan (20055515 TCM; L.U. No. 514).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on June 22, 2005 its approval of the petition of 71 Wine Bar Café Operating Corporation (the “Applicant”), for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 237 Columbus Avenue, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Applicant indicated its intention to withdraw the Petition and by letter dated July 19, 2005 the applicant withdrew the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Sections 6.40b and 11.80 of the Rules of the Council, the Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal.
