A Local Law in relation to the approval of a determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Osbond Quick Car Service for the renewal of a license to operate a base station in the borough of Brooklyn.

 

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

 

Section one.  The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by Osbond Quick Car Service for the renewal of a license to operate a base station at 1438 Fulton Street in the borough of Brooklyn is hereby approved.

§2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
