THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 422 Title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 020177 PPQ, the disposition of four (4) city-owned properties located at 79th Street (Block 1174/Lot 134), 30th Avenue (Block 1392/Lot 30), 33-36 104th Street (Block 1718/Lot 29), and 33-40 104th Street (Block 1718/Lot 32), Queens (L.U. No. 210). Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on June 6, 2002 its decision dated May 29, 2002 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of four (4) city-owned properties located at 79th Street (Block 1174/Lot 134), 30th Avenue (Block 1392/Lot 30), 33-36 104th Street (Block 1718/Lot 29), and 33-40 104th Street (Block 1718/Lot 32), Community District 3, Borough of Queens (ULURP No. C 020177 PPQ) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on July 22, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision. _________ Page 2 of 2 C 020177 PPQ Res.
