RESOLUTION NO. 1675
Resolution disapproving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 29-02A Francis Lewis Boulevard, Borough of Queens (20095159 TCQ; L.U. No. 911).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on September 19, 2008 its approval dated September 18, 2008 of the petition of Delano Café Corp., d/b/a delano Café • Lounge, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 29-02A Francis Lewis Boulevard, Community District 7, Borough of Queens (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on October 16, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council disapproves the Petition.
