WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on March 22, 2000 its decision dated March 15, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of seven (7) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 109 East 102nd Street (Block 1630/Lot 5); 165 East 111th Street (Block 1639/Lot 25); 202 and 204 East 110th Street (Block 1659/Lots 144 and 145); 2025 3rd Avenue (Block 1661/Lot 1); 225 East 111th Street (Block 1661/Lot 12) and 207 East 116th Street (Block 1666/Lot 5), Borough of Manhattan (ULURP No. C 990094 PPM) (the "Application");
WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on April 17, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision.
