THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1630 Title Resolution approving with modification the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 000294 PPM, disposition of five (5) city-owned properties located at 1842 Park Avenue (Block 1751/Lot 34), 60 East 131st Street (Block 1755/Lot 45), 58 East 131st Street (Block 1755/Lot 146), 180 East 122nd Street (Block 1770/Lot 141), and 114 East 123rd Street (Block 1771/Lot 66) Manhattan (L.U. No. 902). Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on September 22, 2000 its decision dated September 20, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of five (5) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 1842 Park Avenue (Block 1751/Lot 34), 60 East 131st Street (Block 1755/Lot 45), 58 East 131st Street (Block 1755/Lot 146), 180 East 122nd Street (Block 1770/Lot 141), and 114 East 123rd Street (Block 1771/Lot 66), Borough of Manhattan (ULURP No. C 000294 PPM) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on October 24, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision with the modification that: __________ Page 2 of 2 C 000294 PPM Reso.
