RESOLUTION NO. 818
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an enclosed sidewalk café located at 2636 Broadway, Manhattan (20045674 TCM; L.U. No. 376).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on December 21, 2004 its approval dated December 20, 2004 of the petition of PS Brothers Gourmet, Inc., d/b/a Indus Valley, for a revocable consent to construct, maintain and operate an enclosed sidewalk café located at 2636 Broadway, Community District 7, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-225 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-225(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on January 26, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-225 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
