RESOLUTION NO. 1114
Resolution approving the designation by the Landmarks Preservation Commission of the Keuffell & Esser Company Building located at 127 Fulton Street (Block 91/Lot 12), Manhattan, Designation List No. 362, LP-2178, (L.U. No. 520; 20055292 HKM; N 050445 HKM).

WHEREAS, the Landmarks Preservation Commission filed with the Council on May 3, 2005 a copy of its designation dated April 26, 2005 (the "Designation"), of the Keuffel & Esser Company Building located at 127 Fulton Street (aka 42 Ann Street), Community District 1, Borough of Manhattan, as a landmark and Block 91, Lot 12, as its landmark site pursuant to Section 3020 of the New York City Charter;
WHEREAS, the Designation is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter;
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission submitted to the Council on June 29, 2005, its report on the Designation dated June 22, 2005 (the "Report");
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Designation on July 25, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Designation;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter, and on the basis of the information and materials contained in the Designation and the Report, the Council affirms the Designation.
