Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on November 7, 2001 its approval of the petition of Favia, Inc., for a revocable consent to continue to maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 1140 Second Avenue, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on December 10, 2001; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
