Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on May 24, 2000 its approval of the petition of 12 East 22nd Street Café, L.L.C., for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 12 East 22nd Street, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, by letter dated June 19, 2000, the Petition was withdrawn; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 7.90 of the Rules of the Council, the Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal.
