RESOLUTION NO. 1317

 

Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 69-71 7th Avenue South, Manhattan (20065107 TCM; L.U. No. 636).

 

By Council Members Katz and Avella

 

 

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on November 10, 2005 its approval dated November 10, 2005 of the petition of Gadberry Pizza, Inc. (the “Applicant”), for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 69-71 7th Avenue South, Community District 2, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");

 

WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;

 

WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on December 15, 2005; and

 

WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;

 

RESOLVED:

 

Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
