Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on March 12, 2003 its decision dated March 5, 2003 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of eighteen (18) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 2285 Pacific Street (Block 1435/Lot 72), 2281 Pacific Street (Block 1435/Lot 74), 2281 Pacific Street (Block 1435/Lot 75) and 2279 Pacific Street (Block 1435/Lot 76); 2331 Dean Street (Block 1442/Lot 61) and 2325 Dean Street (Block 1442/Lot 63); 1832 Sterling Place (Block 1471/Lot 31); 1680 St. Johns Place (Block 1473/Lot 14); 946-60 Saratoga Avenue (Block 1492/Lot 6); Hull Street (Block 1534/Lot 42); 71-A Somers Street (Block 1539/Lot 73); 84 Mother Gaston Boulevard (Block 1542/Lot 33), 86 Mother Gaston Boulevard (Block 1542/Lot34), 88 Mother Gaston Boulevard (Block 1542/Lot 35), 90 Mother Gaston Boulevard (Block 1542/Lot 36), and 92 Mother Gaston Boulevard (Block 1542/Lot 37); 39 Dumont Avenue (Block 3551/Lot 54); 791 Saratoga Avenue (Block 3583/Lot 27), Community District 16, Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 010721 PPK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on April 28, 2003; and _________ WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision with the modification that: The property located at 791 Saratoga Avenue (Block 3583/Lot 27) is deleted.
