                     Pursuant to §§ 31 and 3020 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Diana Chapin as a member of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission to serve for a term expiring on June 28, 2009.
