RESOLUTION NO. 641

 

Resolution approving a motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 48 East 12th Street, Manhattan (20065540 TCM; L.U. No. 332).

 

By Council Members Katz and Avella

 

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on October 27, 2006 its approval dated October 27, 2006 of the petition of P12, Inc., d/b/a Piola, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 48 East 12th Street, Community District 2, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");

 

WHEREAS, by letter dated November 15, 2006 the applicant withdrew the Petition;

 

RESOLVED:

 

Pursuant to Sections 6.40b and 11.80 of the Rules of the Council, the Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal.
