RESOLUTION NO. 346

 

Resolution approving a motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 2901 Emmons Avenue, Brooklyn (20065154 TCK; L.U. No. 143).

 

By Council Members Katz and Avella

 

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on April 11, 2006 its approval dated April 11, 2006 of the petition of Roll-N-Roaster Corp., for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 2901 Emmons Avenue, Community District 15, Borough of Brooklyn (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");

 

WHEREAS, by letter dated May 12, 2006 the applicant withdrew the Petition;

 

RESOLVED:

 

Pursuant to Sections 6.40b and 11.80 of the Rules of the Council, the Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal.
