RESOLUTION NO. 1117
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 5009 Broadway, Borough of Manhattan (20115835 TCM; L.U. No. 505).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on October 6, 2011 its approval dated October 6, 2011 of the petition of Hashi Sushi Fusion Inc., d/b/a Hashi, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 5009 Broadway, Community District 12, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on October 27, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
