RESOLUTION NO. 642

 

Resolution approving a motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the site plan for a 440-Seat Early Childhood Center facility to be located at 6720 Fort Hamilton Parkway (Block 5764/Lot 1), Brooklyn (Non-ULURP No. 20075125 SCK; Preconsidered L.U. No. 333).

                          WHEREAS, the New York City School Construction Authority submitted to the Council on November 16, 2006, a site plan pursuant to Section 1732 of the New York State Public Authorities Law for a 440-Seat Early Childhood Center Facility to be located at 6720 Fort Hamilton Parkway (Block 5764/Lot 1) in DOE Region No. 7/Community School District No. 20, Community District 10, Borough of Brooklyn (the "Site Plan");

 

                         WHEREAS, the Site Plan is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 1732 of the New York State Public Authorities Law;

 

                     WHEREAS, by letter dated November 17, 2006, the School Construction Authority withdrew the Site Plan;

 

RESOLVED:

 

                     The Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the application and pursuant to Rules 6.40a and 11.80 of the Rules of the Council.
