Pursuant to section 24-717(b) of the New York City Administrative Code, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Council of PHILIP WEINBERG as a member of the New York City Hazardous Substance Advisory Board to serve for the remainder of a three-year term that began on August 10, 2000, and expires on August 9, 2003.
