Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 1496 Second Avenue, Manhattan (20005448 TCM; L.U. No. 1010).

WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on February 13, 2001 its approval of the petition dated February 7, 2001of Normandy Two, LLC, d/b/a Bardolino, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 1496 Second Avenue, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on March 7, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
