The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:
Pursuant to § 3-204 of the New York State Election Law, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Council of Juan Carlos Polanco as the Bronx County Republican Commissioner of Elections to serve a four-year term that ends on December 31, 2012.
This matter was referred to the Committee on December 18, 2008.

RESOLVED, that pursuant to § 3-204 of the New York State Election Law, the Council does hereby approve the re-appointment of Juan Carlos Polanco as the Bronx County Republican Commissioner of Elections to serve a four-year term that ends on December 31, 2012.
