THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1507 Title Resolution affirming the designation by the Landmarks Preservation Commission of the Ridgewood Savings Bank, Forest Hills Branch located at 107-55 Queens Boulevard, Queens, Designation List No. 314, LP-2066 (L.U. No. 815; 20005445 HKQ; N 000638 HKQ). Body By Council Members Eisland and Sabini WHEREAS, the Landmarks Preservation Commission filed with the Council on June 12, 2000 a copy of its designation dated May 30, 2000 (the "Designation"), of the Ridgewood Savings Bank, Forest Hills Branch located at 107-55 Queens Boulevard, Borough of Queens, as a landmark and Block 2216, Lot 1, as its landmark site pursuant to Section 3020 of the New York City Charter; WHEREAS, the Designation is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter; WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission submitted to the Council on July 27, 2000, its report on the Designation dated July 26, 2000 (the "Report"); WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Designation on August 21, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Designation; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter, and on the basis of the information and materials contained in the Designation and the Report, the Council affirms the Designation.
