Title
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to removing the prohibition on sidewalk obstructions on certain streets in Brooklyn.

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section one. Paragraph four of subdivision c of section 19-136 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as last amended by local law 104 of 1993, is amended by amending subdivision a and adding new subdivisions f, g, h and i to read as follows:
§19-136. c. 4. On the following streets where general vending has been prohibited by the street vendor review panel pursuant to section 20-465.1 of this code and any rules promulgated thereunder, the provisions of paragraph one of this subdivision shall not apply:
Thirteenth avenue between 39th street and [44th] 55th street in the borough of Brooklyn;
Newkirk Plaza between Foster avenue and Newkirk avenue in the borough of Brooklyn;
Eighty-sixth street between Bay Parkway and 23rd avenue in the borough of Brooklyn;
West 4th street between Sixth avenue and Seventh avenue in the borough of Manhattan;
Delancey street between Orchard street and Essex street in the borough of Manhattan;
Sixteenth avenue between 38th street and 60th street in the borough of Brooklyn;
Eighteenth avenue between Ocean Parkway and 60th street in the borough of Brooklyn;
Avenue J between Coney Island avenue and East 16th street in the borough of Brooklyn;
Coney Island avenue between Avenues I and P in the borough of Brooklyn.
§2. This local law shall take effect immediately after it is enacted into law.
