Pursuant to Section 2602 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the reappointment by the Mayor of BRUCE A. GREEN as a member of the Conflicts of Interest Board for a term which will expire on March 31, 2004.
