A Local Law in relation to the approval of a determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by New York Flag Car & Limousine Service, Inc. for a license to operate a new base station in the borough of Manhattan.
 
 
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
 
Section one.  The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by New York Flag Car & Limousine Service, Inc. for a license to operate a new base station at 527 West 36th Street in the borough of Manhattan is hereby approved.
ยง2.  This local law shall take effect immediately.
