RESOLUTION NO. 602
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 378 Third Avenue, Manhattan (20075014 TCM; L.U. No. 293).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on September 27, 2006 its approval of the petition of Salvatore’s Corp., d/b/a Coppola’s, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 378 Third Avenue, Community District 6, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on October 17, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
