BABBAR TO THE NEW YORK CITY BOARD OF STANDARDS AND APPEALS By Council Member Povman RESOLVED, that pursuant to Sections 46 and 661 of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby consent to the appointment of SATISH K. BABBAR to the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, for a six year term that expires on July 10, 2007.
