Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council Rules and Section 19-160.2 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Transportation approving a sidewalk café located at 185 Howard Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11233, Borough of Brooklyn, Council District 41, Community District 3, related to Application No. D 2650179761 SWK (Cicchetti BK) shall be subject to review by the Council.
