Irwin G. Cantor

 

As a Commissioner of the

New York City Planning Commission

 

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:

 

Pursuant to §§ 31 and 192 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Queens Borough President of Irwin G. Cantor as a Commissioner of the New York City Planning Commission to serve for the remainder of a five-year term expiring on June 30, 2013.

 

The matter was referred to the Committee on June 29, 2008
