No. 736). Body By Council Member Eisland WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on March 22, 2000 its decision dated March 15, 2000 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of eleven (11) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 28 Bradhurst Avenue (Block 2044/Lot 4) and 315 West 145th Street (Block 2045/Lot 2), Borough of Manhattan (ULURP No. C 990008 PPM) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on May 4, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision with the following modifications: The properties located at 407, 409 and 415 Lenox Avenue (Block 1915/Lots 32, 33 and 36); 131 West 133rd Street (Block 1918/Lot 16); 197 West 134th Street (Block 1919/Lot 5); 136 West 137th Street (Block 1921/Lot 49); 2377 8th Avenue (Block 1954/Lot 34); 225 and 223 West 140th Street (Block 2026/Lots 15 and 16) are deleted. ____________ Page 2 of 2 C 990008 PPM Reso.
