RESOLUTION NO. 1209

Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 106-03 Metropolitan Avenue, Queens (20055640 TCQ; L.U. No. 584).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on August 31, 2005 its approval dated August 31, 2005 of the petition of LCN Café Corp. (the “Applicant”), for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed small sidewalk café located at 106-03 Metropolitan Avenue, Community District 6, Borough of Queens,  (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");

WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;

WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on October 6, 2005; and

WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;

RESOLVED:

Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
