RESOLUTION NO. 1022
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 101 Rivington Street, Manhattan (20075509 TCM; L.U. No. 514).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on July 6, 2007 its approval of the petition dated July 6, 2007 of NYLA Café LLC (the “Applicant”), for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 101 Rivington Street, Community District 3, Borough of Manhattan, (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on August 20, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
