RESOLUTION NO. 2183

Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 290 Hudson Street, Borough of Manhattan (20095598 TCM; L.U. No. 1194).

                     WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on July 31, 2009 its approval dated July 31, 2009 of the petition of RRBV Associates, LLC, d/b/a Harbour, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 290 Hudson Street, Community District 2, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");

WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;

WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on September 9, 2009; and

WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;

RESOLVED:

                     Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
