Elections approving the re-appointment by the Mayor of

 

 

Nicholas LaPorte

 

As a Commissioner of the

New York City Civil Service Commission

 

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:

 

Pursuant to §§ 31 and 813 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Mayor of Nicholas LaPorte as a member of the New York City Civil Service Commission to serve for the remainder of a six-year term expiring on March 21, 2013.

 

The matter was referred to the Committee on October 17, 2007
