and Elections approving the re-appointment of

 

TERRENCE CHARLES O’CONNOR

 

as the

 Queens County

Democratic Commissioner of Elections

 

 

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:

 

Pursuant to section 3-204 of the New York State Election Law, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Council of TERRENCE CHARLES O’CONNOR, as the Queens County Democratic Commissioner of Elections to serve for a four-year term that begins on January 1, 2005 and ends on December 31, 2008.

 

                     This matter was referred to the Committee on October 27, 2004
