RESOLUTION NO. 1160
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 60 Greenwich Avenue, Borough of Manhattan (20125072 TCM; L.U. No. 531).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on November 15, 2011 its approval dated November 14, 2011 of the petition of 60 Greenwich, LLC, d/b/a Gusto, for a revocable consent to continue to maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 60 Greenwich Avenue, Community District 2, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on December 1, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
