It is a relatively uncontroversial day 6 in the Land Use. 7 Charles will find controversy and 8 that will be created. 9 LU No. 614 is in Councilman 10 Seabrook's -- let me just, let's try to have some 11 order. It's HPD Third-Party Transfer, in rem 15 action No. 49, by the Department of Finance and the 16 Department of Housing and Preservation and 17 Development. 18 LU No. 615 is also a Third-Party 19 Transfer, in rem, 49. Council Member Foster, Palma, 20 Koppell and Rivera. It is also an application 21 submitted by the Department of Finance and HPD for 22 tax exemptions. 23 Each of these applications includes 24 several properties in each community board. 25 LU No. 620 is the Albany Crossing 4 1 COMMITTEE ON LAND USE 2 Apartment LLP in Council Member Vann's district. HPD 3 conveyance, refinancing, under the private Housing 4 Finance Law. 5 LU No. 621, Kingston Heights 6 Apartments. Councilman Vann's district. Same as the 7 above, it's an HPD conveyance refinancing, under the 8 Private Housing Finance Law. 9 LU No. 622 is a Citywide zoning text 10 amendment, design standards for new commercial and 11 community facility parking lot. Addresses design, 12 safety and environmental concerns. It's a very long 13 text amendment. 14 LU Nos 566 and 567 are all UDAAPs, 15 and they are in Council Member Mark-Viverito's 16 district.
