RESOLUTION NO. 882
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 165 West 4th Street, Manhattan (20045618 TCM; L.U. No. 400).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on January 25, 2005 its approval dated January 24, 2005 of the petition of Facosull Corp., d/b/a Four-Faced Liar, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 165 West 4th Street, Community District 2, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226 (g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on February 28, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
