Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on August 16, 2001 its approval of the petition of C'est Bon Café at 18th Street, Inc., d/b/a Aleutia (the "Applicant"), for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 220 Park Avenue South, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on October 1, 2001; WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council disapproves the Petition.
