A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to forbidding obstructions on designated portions of Main Street, Roosevelt Avenue and Kissena Boulevard in downtown Flushing.

 

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

 

                     Section 1. Subdivision a of section 19-136 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as last amended by local law number 104 for the year 1993, is amended by adding new paragraphs 29 and 30 to read as follows:

                     29.  Such an obstruction is hereby forbidden from the building line on Main Street between Northern Boulevard and Franklin Avenue in the borough of Queens, including from the building line of such properties extending onto intersecting streets.

                     30.  Such an obstruction is hereby forbidden from the building line on Roosevelt Avenue between Union Street and College Point Boulevard in the borough of Queens, including from the building line of such properties extending onto intersecting streets.

                     31.  Such an obstruction is hereby forbidden from the building line on Kissena Boulevard between 41st Avenue and Barclay Avenue in the borough of Queens, including from the building line of such properties extending onto intersecting streets.

                     §2.  This local law shall take effect immediately.
