RESOLUTION NO. 667

 

Resolution approving the petition for a renewal revocable consent for an enclosed sidewalk café located at 300 East 86th Street, Borough of Manhattan (Non-ULURP No. 20195184 TCM; L.U. No. 267).

 

By Council Members Salamanca and Moya

 

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on November 2, 2018 its approval dated October 31, 2018 of the petition of T&S Restaurant, LLC, d/b/a Gracie’s on 2nd Diner, for a renewal revocable consent to continue, maintain and operate an enclosed sidewalk café located at 300 East 86th Street, Community District 8, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-225 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");

 

WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-225(f) of the Administrative Code;

 

WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on November 29, 2018; and

 

WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;

 

RESOLVED:

 

                     Pursuant to Section 20-225 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
