Introduction This bill would clarify the requirements for price displays at gas stations that advertise to vehicles on the road. If such signs are posted, they must display the price, defined as the sum of the basic price per gallon plus all applicable taxes, of at least the lowest grade of gasoline offered for sale. This bill would also permit the use of LED signs.
