Int 1195-2016 *Carlos Menchaca  Requiring the mayor’s office of operations to report on adult literacy programs offered by the city or pursuant to a contract with the city.IntroductionThis bill would require the Mayor’s office of operations or other designee of the mayor to issue an annual report to the Speaker on adult literacy programs offered by the City or pursuant to a contract with the City.
