Chin Posting of a performance summary card for social adult day cares.IntroductionThis bill would require the New York City Department for the Aging (DFTA) to issue a performance summary card to all social adult day cares (SADCs) operating in the city, which the SADC would be required to post at or near its entrance. The performance summary card would contain information about the SADC’s compliance with SADC regulations and standards, as well as any penalties imposed on the SADC pursuant to local law. Int 1519-2017 *Karen Koslowitz Supplemental nutrition assistance program enrollment at senior centers.IntroductionThis bill would require the Commissioner of Social Services to arrange for the distribution of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) applications at senior centers. The bill will require coordination between the Commissioner of Social Services and the Commissioner of the Department for the Aging on SNAP-related programming at senior centers.
