Constantinides Requiring city agencies to accept procurement invoices electronically.IntroductionThis bill would require all city agencies to accept procurement invoices from city vendors electronically, rather than on printed paper. Doing so would enhance agency/vendor relations and promote payment efficiency by reducing the printing burdens on vendors that generate large numbers of invoices for services.
