Int 0949-2015 *Fernando Cabrera   Requiring the Administration for Children’s Services to report on programs and services provided to youth in placement and detention facilitiesIntroductionThis bill would require the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to submit to the Council and post on the ACS website no later than July 15 of each year (with the first report due by July 15, 2016) a report on programs and services available to youth in ACS facilities. The report would include a list of all programs and services provided in each facility, the daily schedule of programs and services in each facility, the average number of hours of services provided per month, the percentage of youth utilizing each program or service in the prior six month period, and the average total expenditure for youth in each facility in the prior fiscal year.
