Lander  Create a senior housing task force.IntroductionThis bill would establish a temporary senior housing task force that would develop and recommend changes to laws, regulations and policies related to the building code, housing maintenance, taxation and zoning in order to increase the availability and affordability of safe, appropriate housing for older New Yorkers.
