RESOLUTION NO. 739
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 3738 Riverdale Avenue, Borough of the Bronx (20115344 TCX; L.U. No. 324).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on February 4, 2011 its approval dated February 3, 2011 of the petition of Salvatores of Soho, Inc., d/b/a/ Salvatores of Soho, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 3738 Riverdale Avenue, Community District 8, Borough of the Bronx (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on March 15, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
