Resolution calling upon the New York State Legislature to consider, pursuant to a request from the Mayor, the New York  City Traffic Congestion Mitigation Implementation Plan, pursuant to Chapter 384 of the Laws of 2007.

 

                      Whereas, Chapter 384 of the Laws of 2007 requires the Council, pursuant to a request from the Mayor, to adopt by a majority vote a resolution asking the New York State Legislature to consider the New York City Traffic Congestion Mitigation Implementation Plan; and

Whereas, The Mayor has submitted to the Council such a home rule request; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Council of the City of New York does hereby call upon the New York State Legislature, pursuant to a request from the Mayor, to enact legislation implementing the New York City Traffic Congestion Mitigation Implementation Plan, pursuant to Chapter 384 of the Laws of 2007.
